This is such an amazing place to go when you are need a personalized experience. Kristen takes such great care of you and you are not just another dollar walking in the door. She really cares and spends time going over all of the options. Finding out what is covered and the best choice for your hearing needs. I just want to say Kristen and her staff are amazing, kind, and understanding. She takes her time with you and makes sure you understand how to use your hearing aids. She has helped my dad with his hearing aids for years, and is so patient with him. Thank you Kristen and Brenda! I recommend Bay Area hearing to all my family and friends.
