  It’s always a pleasant experience whenever we come. Dr. Patel is so amazing and her staff so professional and friendly. Everyone is so patient and they take the time to explain everything and address any concerns you may have. My children though nervous at times, are totally at ease every time they arrive. As far as me, I finally got myself for my dental visit and Dr. Patel and Mrs. Bismal (apologies if spelled wrong) were amazing with me. For not having been in years, they really put me at ease as well! As always thank you Dr. Patel, you and your staff are amazing! The Williams Family thanks you for all you do!

  My experience with Dr. Patel & her staff has been great. She’s patient, caring, and takes time to discuss your dental needs. I’m glad I found Southern Charm!

  Upon making my appointment the staff was very friendly and made sure they got all the information needed to verify my sons insurance. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in.the paperwork was quick on the iPad and my son was taken right away. My son was very nervous, he doesn’t like coming to the dentist but Dr. Patel was very patient and was able to find the issue and the front desk explained his treatment plan to me and made sure I understood what my insurance takes care of and what my out of pocket would be. I would definitely recommend this office for your family’s dental care.

  Scheduling my appointment was quick, easy, and convenient. On the day of my appointment the entire staff was friendly and professional. While I received a quick check up & and some x-rays for my specific urgent need, which was a wisdom tooth extraction that was pain free. I can happily say that I was overall pleased with the experience and trust the team to receive my future business.
