I have taken my daughter to this location on more than one occasion and we are always pleased with how welcoming and knowledgeable Len Brown is. He's the best. Makes both parent and patient feel comfortable and at ease with MRI procedure!!!
I had a wonderful experience at Elite health services and Mr Len Brown is a God sent. In today’s society and medical field, you have to have compassion and love for the kind of career that you choose while working in the medical field.
Today I went in to get an MRI. Ive never had one before so I wasn’t fully prepared for what I was walking into. When I got in the room Mr. Len Brown was the one going to be with me through this process. He explained everything down to the mark. His voice it’s self was soothing and calm which a person like me needs so that was comforting. I was nervous about going into the Tube because I have bad Claustrophobia. Len gave me his monkey friend to accompany me during the process, along with a blanket, ear plugs, and ear pads for the noise. It was 30 minutes and I will admit it took a lot for me to get through it but he was talking me through and giving me time marks and assuring me I was doing great and we’re getting close to being done. When it was over I thanked him and he gave me Grape juice because I said I was still a bit choked up. Thank you Len Brown I couldn’t have gotten through it without you!
Staff was nice. Len Brown gave me great instruction and informed of the procedure. He informed me when proceduce started told me when i was half way done and informed when i was almost completed. Made me feel comfortable and helped me through the procedure.
I had and MRI done on my shoulder and back there was some confusion at first but it got resolved quickly. (Len) the technician in the back did a great job made the process go quickly and comfortably. They do a great job there.
