  The dentists and specialists here see my entire family. The service we have received is excellent. The pediatric dentist is patient with the kids and provides instruction to the parents without being condescending. The office runs on time, and they file all the paperwork with my insurance. The prices of any procedures are very clear before they start, and we will continue to go here.

  Gentle Dental in Hayward has been wonderful for my husband and myself. We were disappointed when our previous office would not accept our more affordable insurance after retirement.
  We came here and noticed that the office was not as fancy, but the care has been terrific!
  Nye, Dr. Song, EIisa, Beautiful, the Office Manager, (wish I could remember (and spell)everyone's name,) and my other care givers here make my visits pleasant!
  They are even kind to each other, and sometime I hear the doctor singing a little. It matters to be cared for by people who enjoy their work and care about their patients. As a health care professional myself, I am happy to review this office with maximum stars!

  When my dental insurance coverage changed, my previous office would no longer accept my lowered coverage. I was so happy that this Gentle Dentle office would work with my new insurance and the care here has been terrific. The entire staff with whom I have had contact or observed seems, kind, patient and efficient! I appreciate how careful they all are on sanitary technique. It is wonderful how up front they have been on costs.

  I am a patient coming here many times. I confirm this is a dedicated service. pleasant staff and friendly. Dentists care very well. But somehow, many people think that the service is not good.

  I do not know why a lot of people talk negatively about this place. Despite what they say women at the front desk/office were really nice with me and my family; all of them, even when my mom is not an English speaker they were patient when I was translating to her and they also had a Spanish speaker receptionist. The ladies that helped me through the process of getting my braces were very polite and respectful with me, they answered all of the questions I had and were careful when putting my braces on, also the lady that put my braces on would tell me everything that she was doing just because I'm curious, she also explained to me and made sure I understood how to take care of my teeth with my braces. It was an excellent experience to me. They were also flexible with the month payments whatsoever we all know braces are really expensive but I can say that I'm happy with the way they treated me and the quality of my braces.
