Scott and his folks are old school honest, dependable and timely. They service all four of my cars, including the 63 Falcon! I recommend without reservation.
Scott Adams is a hands on owner that is very attentive to his customers. His crew do an excellent job of taking care of service for vehicles. I gave been going to him for years and would recommend his shop to anyone.
My car failed an inspection at another chain in town. Told it was a wheel bearing. I have been around failed wheel bearings and it didn't remotely sound like that. Sort of like the crickets when brake pad needs replacement - but only when turning right from 12 to 1 o'clock position.
Brakes only a year old (I don't ride the brake). Only 470 to fix. They didn't have the part, so I took it home.
Took off wheel and noted the brake pad retainer clip was rubbing against the rotor. Reseated the clip - sound gone. Guess who installed the brakes?
Told Scott about the failed inspection and the sound. If he found the same issue - then so be it - willing to pay for the 2nd inspection and let him do the repairs - but as he said "why pay if it isn't needed". He found nothing wrong with that bearing - passed the inspection.
