I went to Dr. Trainer only a few hours after making an appointment when I had hurt my back so badly that I could barely move. He was careful and detailed in explaining process to get me to quickly recover. I was able to bend, lay down, and sit after only a few appointments, which was absolutely amazing. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!
I went to Dr Trainer for many years for many problems. He and his staff were always so helpful in every way possible. He is an excellent chiropractor and I highly recommend him. I moved out of state.
Today was my first ever visit to a Chiropractor in my life. I hurt my back terribly yesterday, I was about to go to the ER or urgent care. I have no insurance, so I really cant afford that trip. I called Dr. Trainer's office, they gave me an appointment within an hour of me calling. Just 4 hours after my appointment, I feel much better. I reccomend to anyone to use this Doctor.
