I have been a loyal customer and friend to Mark Tharp at Silver Shears for more 40years. I have not and would not go anywhere else. No one has brought more integrity to this town and business.

I have been getting my hair styled here since 1976 and have always been very pleased.
Owner Mark Tharp has been cutting my hair since 1976. He is extremely talented and can handle any cut for men and women including perms and coloring. When my mother had health issues, he went to the rehab center and then later to her home. He has been known to do this for many of his customers over the years. Finally, he is a great conversationalist and can easily be prompted to discuss his latest fishing trip. Every trip is like a reunion with a family member.
