  We have bought 2 RV’s from Thurstons over the years. First one was fine and we used it with no issues. This year we upgraded to a large class A. We checked around but found what we really wanted at Thurstons. There were a few small issues that they took care of no problem. After about a week, we noticed a major issue. We contacted Ron and Rich, and they were first stunned that this was missed but wanted to know what they could do to make it right. Needless to say, the fix was not cheep, or easy, however they stepped up to the plate to make it right. They did not have to do so as we signed an “as is”. Me and the Mrs. were so happy with the help and after-service that Thurstons provided. We can’t thank the whole team enough. It is so nice to know we are dealing with honest and decent people. THANK YOU so much

  Amazing costumer service!! Rich went out of his way to accommodate my husband & I’s schedule. He came in on a Sunday to help us when he didn’t have to & did everything he could to ensure we got the car we wanted for the price we needed. Rich was very honest, friendly & easy to work with. We drove to Thurston Auto from Lakeland and will absolutely make the hour drive to work with them again. Shopping at Thurston made car shopping enjoyable!

  Ron, Kevin, Michelle and the whole gang were awesome to deal with when we were looking for a fifth wheel camper. Ron made us a deal we couldn't walk away from and we are glad we bought from them. They did everything they said they would do and Ron even delivered it to my house since I had just had back surgery a month before we bought it. I knew them from Maitland when they had a car lot there and nothing has changed. We definitely would recommend buying a camper, motorhome or vehicle from Ron and his crew!

  For the past several months my wife and I have been looking for a truck at several different dealerships around central Florida. We stumbled across a Ford F-350 at Thurston Auto, and I can say that I am completely impressed and more than satisfied with their customer service and our purchase. I initially spoke with Rich and then worked with Kevin and Michelle to purchase the truck. The customer service was exceptional and would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a high-quality vehicle from a family-owned-and-operated dealer. This has by far been the best experience I have had with a dealership to date. We are so grateful and thankful that we chose to shop with Thurston Auto. Can't say enough good things!!
