  The chocolates were AMAZING but even better, the lady working there was soooooo nice! SHE GAVE US SAMPLES of chocolates and things and told us about the history of the shop and was SO GREAT!!!!! Thanks for the awesome customer service!!! Specially at an airport... people are stressed and tired and dehydrated and it was so great to have a nice person helping just to be helpful and because they like the company they’re working for. Kudos to you Ethel M shop!

  The treasure of Las Vegas! This chocolate will make enduring the Las Vegas airport well worth your time! Charles and Gerardo helped me pick out the perfect gift to take home to my teenage boys that will make them feel my love. I ended up walking away with some goodies for my upcoming flight, too. I highly recommend the salted chocolate caramels. They will tantalize your taste buds and delight you. Treat yourself to a little something special today!

  The chocolate covered pecan brittle is a must have! I have been to the factory several times. If I don’t get to go by the factory on a Vegas trip I am always happy to pick chocolate up at the store in the airport.

  Ethel M has been my go-to spot for chocolate when I'm traveling back and forth bay area to vegas. Going back to Berkeley CA for CNY family time. Locally made in their Henderson production facility these chocolate are some of the most sought after. Of course there are more pricer chocolate out there, but when you can match taste and quality why bother. Depending on how warm weather is on the day of traveling, I usually grab a few package bars on my way. Make sure to bring a plastic bag and wrapped them up in case of unfortunate circumstances. The lady with glasses and reddish hair never let me down and won't push for a sale. That's customer service excellence in my book.

  The staff here is so friendly! The chocolate was great and it was amazing. I bought a 48-piece handpicked box for $49. I thought this was a pricey for the chocolate but I was okay with it. I brought it home to my boyfriend as a gift and he loved it and ate 1/3 of the box in one night. He finally slowed down on eating them when I told him how much I paid for the box. Great chocolate and they all have a great taste.
