  This company is truly the best around. I work with MANY different property managers and by far they are the best. If you are looking for a company who will take your money and not follow thru with resolving issue, then THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. They are dedicated, reliable and always making sure that no stone is left unturned. 100% the best in the business!

  When I first came to Vegas I got here only to find that the movers had my stuff & weren't going to release or w/o an additional 5000.00!!! That money was to go to the deposit, rent & pet deposit... now I had no stuff or no place, both unacceptable to me and my dogs. It was 100° out we'd just driven 5 hours and my 2 big dogs were really hot. Steve & Crystal took me in to the office, gave us all water & made phone calls for me with the movers, and then called my new landlady and worked his magic and long story short, Steve helped me get into my rental & even helped get my stuff from the movers.(even after I paid, they then wanted to store it overnight because they didn't want to work past 5) All and all, both Crystal (who helped calm me down & helped with my dogs)& Steve went well beyond what you would expect, and made me feel that this move to our new home was the right choice for me!! Thank you so much to the whole Total Reality team, I am so lucky to have found you!!!!

  I must share that Total Real Estate of Nevada is a great management company all around! Their team gets right to the point in a very timely manner. Kristal, at the front desk, helped me gather all the required paperwork in order to apply for a rental home and kindly walked me through the entire process. Just after 48hours of applying for my rental home, Steve personally called me to inform me of my approval! I then made an office visit to sign my lease and within 45 minutes I was out the door with the keys to my new home! Upon arrival, my new home was spotless and in great condition! Any issues with the house I just simply email management and they will respond PROMPTLY with a solution, which is very helpful. All in all, I am very satisfied with their customer service and time management with everything. I highly recommend Total Real Estate!
