  A great CrossFit gym all levels made to feel comfortable. Variety of times to make working out easy. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Family friendly with a play area for the kids while you get a workout in

  Royce introduced me to Crossfit 8 years ago. I never thought it would become my passion! He is an excellent business owner, has amazing coaching staff and an awesome facility. Very knowledgeable, great motivators and welcoming atmosphere. Drop in and see for yourself!!

  An educated and friendly staff. Member satisfaction is top notch and this close knit community continues to inspire and motivate. By far my favorite CrossFit gym in town.

  This place is great! The coaches are very knowledgeable, the equipment is in good shape, and there’s plenty of space to do your own thing as well. It’s friendly and welcoming. I recommend this gym!

  I am really impressed with this crossfit gym. The coaches are great at teaching skilled movements, they're motivating and super friendly. The equipment is in great shape with a lot of new equipment and well-maintenanced older equipment. The facility is huge. I never feel like I'm fighting for space. And there is the option of getting personal training at this gym too for the areas that I need a little extra help with. Overall, I definitely recommend this gym!
