  My dog actually enjoys going there for grooming....what more can I say. They do a great job and really cares for your pet. A++++++++++++

  Great job grooming our golden doodle. She usually comes home terrified from other groomers but she came home happy from here!

  Great grooming service. As far as overnight boarding you should check reviews. I did see other reviews on other platforms that stated they were negligent towards dogs that stayed there. I'm not sure how accurate those reviews were, but one review showed pictures of a dog that wasn't fed enough over a 2 week stay to the point that you could see the dog's ribcage due to lack of feeding. Their grooming services are terrific. We never had issues with grooming or boarding, but that review was upsetting when I saw it. I'm not sure how authentic or accurate it was, but look at reviews from many sources on Toureen before boarding here for a long stay. Personally I never had any issues with them.

  Needed both my long haired cats to be groomed as they had some matted fur. The staff at Toureen were friendly and answered all of my questions about the process. They went above and beyond my expectations! My cats were washed, groomed, and had their nails clipped as well. Thank you Toureen for helping my cats!

  This place is a one-stop shop and their prices are reasonable and fair. They are also super accommodating for boarding times. I feel that they are super fair. Often I feel like I am being pushed into different vet plans but I never felt that way here. They are all super kind people too. Makes our time there very pleasant.
