I am a beginning Trail Runner and ran down the bike path portion. Very fun and accurate signage. Minor to moderate flooding after rain in some parts.
Great place to start a scenic bike tour or walk. My dog and I walked 5 miles and back. He enjoyed the hell out of it!
Pretty much a straight run except the beginning and the end, which consists of winding trails thru dense jungle like forest. But its great if your a beginner or seasoned trail runner like myself..
Delightful in dry season, could not go past 1 mile because of flooding in summer. Great dirt trail, part of Florida trail, suitable for off road bicycling, running, hiking. The bridge over econ river seems to be permanently under repair.
