25 Years+ When Joe came by to tune my baby grand piano recently, we checked his records to see how long he has taken care of the old girl. Twenty-five years...usually once a year. You should know that Joe studied music at Central Piedmont before switching to their program to train piano technicians. He knows and enjoys pianos. I think it is fair to say that I have been pleased with his work. I certainly would recommend him to you as a trusted, courteous, and capable professional.
I hardly ever review businesses but after waiting months for other tuners who never returned calls, etc. I have to say I was delighted with Joe Gotta. Kind, professional, honest, punctual. Very pleased.
