  The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing.
  I had made a mistake with my reservations and after a few phone calls with choice hotels without resolution the front desk supervisor Bina jumped right in and cleared everything up within a few minutes.
  Great experience, would recommend this again.

  I remember this hotel being very pleasant. Loved the location - quiet university town. The staff were friendly and we had a good stay. Nothing out of the ordinary, but not below average.

  I had booked another comfort suites at north lake due to the Jacuzzi suite and they accepted half points and cash. I called ahead for early check in but they informed me no hot water. So had to change my reservation to here but had to pay for all of. $95 for a jacuzzi suite. The room was huge but the Jacuzzi was just a huge tub but still felt good. Giving 4 stars due to the breakfast. Biscuits hard gravy funky taste. Attendant was not very attentive.

Attended a game tournament in the meeting hall. Staff was friendly and provided water. Space was adequate and stayed cool with the 30 of us in there for 12 hours.
