Such a pleasant experience from the email reminding me of my annual appointment through choosing and ordering new glasses. Each of the employees treats one like family. They seem happy to see you when you arrive, handle insurance flawlessly, and give great advice on choosing frames. Dr. Sledge is knowledgeable and thorough. More than any doctor I see (and at my age I have a few) she treats me as an individual and not just a woman of a certain age. Having had the opposite experience with other doctors, I appreciate that greatly! The new office is beautiful and the parking right outside the door is fabulous! Look forward to a wonderful experience from the moment you book an appointment.

They made me feel like a long term client. Everyone was so personable and friendly and helpful. I recommend this office for anyone that needs new glasses, examinations and eye are.
Dr. Chu was very personable and informative. She took time to explain the various procedures of the eye exam and what my options were in regard to corrective lenses. I found the staff is very professional and were able to navigate my insurance plan to provide the lowest cost for my frame and lenses. Highly recommended!
