I found my interaction with Dr. Kerpsack to be excellent; he looked over and treated my daughter for a very minor elbow injury. He was thorough, descriptive, and direct. I have no issues with his bedside manner or care. However, the Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute that he works for unfortunately employs the dubious practice of surprising and ambushing a new patient with a legal arbitration waiver that you “must sign” in order to receive care. This form is separate from their fancy iPad check-in process. This is a poor time to try to get your patients to sign some of their rights of legal redress away while protecting your doctors and practice when you have an acute injury that needs to be treated. Quite frankly it should be illegal. I’d be happy to visit Dr. Kerpsack again under different circumstances or with a different medical group. Otherwise we will not be returning to the Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute.
I went to the new Welllington office for a broken wrist. Nice office and staff. First time meeting Dr. Kerpsack. He explained the x-rays and informed me of everything involved with my treatment. He is good-natured and took time to ask me what questions I had for him. His Medical Assistant Rachael Hart is friendly and they both have a good sense of humor. I highly recommend Dr. Kerpsack.
Dr. Kerpsack was very clear about my treatment. He provided all the information I needed and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. My surgery went very well and I look forward to the follow up.
Dr. Kerpsack is very pleasant, listens to me as a patient, takes as much time as I need, explains things clearly, answers my questions—he is an excellent physician.
Very professional and courteous. Dr. Kerpsack has a very positive attitude, and much confidence in his diagnosis and plan for treatment. I had a great experience with surgery, and left the hospital with less pain than when I walked in. I am 10 days post op., and have more mobility and less pain than I have had in months. Dr. Kerpsack's office staff is super courteous and helpful. I couldn't be happier with results.
