  Always helpful and ready to figure out the problems I had with my boat. They’re not one of the giant boat dealerships so I felt the repair guys were more one on one to try and explain what was going on with my boat. I truly recommend Boat Connection.

  After calling around several dealerships looking for somebody to service I/O to no success . Boat connection was highly recommended by two other dealerships that only service outboards now. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of Charlie the service manager he was very informative and didn't try to rush me off the phone or try to sell me something I didn't need. Like I said he was very informative and left the decision of the repairs up to me .

  The Boat Connection has the best parts and service department in all of Palm Beach county I went there to buy parts and there parts guy explained to me that I may not be buying the correct parts to repair my engine properly and then introduced me to the service manager after talking with Charlie I decided to just let them repair the boat. Best decision I ever made not only did I not need the parts I was going to buy they had my boat repaired and back to me the same day and the price of the entire repair was less than the parts I was going to buy. Not only was there staff friendly and knowledgeable I got my boat back cleaner than when I brought it in. I have tried several other service centers in the area and this place is by far the best. All I can say if you looking for boat service by an experienced and friendly staff look no further The Boat Connection is definitely the place to go. The price of the repairs was actually less than I expected to pay.

  The Boat Connections is hands down the best boat dealer ship I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, not only was the boat buying experience great the service after the sale is also amazing, There parts and service center is hands downs the best in Palm beach county. There sales people and service people are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, After the sale they took my out on the water for hours to get me acquainted with my new Crownline boat by the time they were done there wasn't anything I did not know about my new boat. I would definitely recommend The Boat Connection to anyone looking for a boat or top of the line service.
