What a wonderful experience with a wonderful teacher! I walked away with tools to further help me calm my mind and deal with everyday obstacles and stress. With increased awareness I have learned to face my fears and see my habitual patterns and moreover, treat myself with kindness. I hope others will take advantage of this course so they too can learn how to get unstuck.

I didn't really know what to expect from this course, I have a daily meditation practice and wondered what I could possibly learn.
Well I have to say I am glad I took the chance, I came away from this experience armed with more knowledge of myself, of what triggers my stress reactions and with more tools to attain the peace of mind and calmness of spirit to respond to those stressors.
I recommend this to anyone that wishes to bolster their daily practice, to anyone that has never meditated before but was curious and a little trepidatious and basically to anyone that experiences stress and would like a better way to deal with that stress.
