  Staff was great, when we checked in, thank you so much ladies you made our stay wonderful.
  Room was very clean, along with the spacious size of the room we had.
  Breakfast area was clean and the food was very tasty. This breakfast bar had so many different choices of items to enjoy.
  Want to thank all the staff for what they do, and made this weekend stay enjoyable. This was our first time staying at Springhill suites in Hagerstown Maryland.
  We will be back in the future.

  Staff is amazing! They are so accommodating for our family and long stay. Pool is great! Their complimentary breakfast is delicious, even my picky eaters are happy.

  The rooms are very clean. The staff are very nice and professional. Always a pleasure to stay here.

  The room, price, and location are all for the most part perfect. The two big let downs were an almost impossible-to-pull shower stopper (to make the tub a shower) that was beyond goofed up; and an inoperable elevator (one of only 2) that was inoperable for the entirety of my 3 day stay. The single operating elevator led to unusually long waits to go up or down. Additionally, someone had spilled something near the entrance to the one operating elevator - it wasn't cleaned up for 2 days. Not a good look. Overall, I had relatively minor complaints with this location and as previously stated, the staff, rooms, and location were all pretty good.

  My family had multiple room while in town for my uncle's funeral over the weekend. The staff was so helpful especially during assistance with the meeting room set up for the repast. They made our time there so much easier. Special thank you to Kaytlin.
