  The guys are easy to deal with (know their stuff and straight forward) and have great service. Super nice staff, good quality work, and get you in and out asap. Highly recommend!

  My aux port stopped working so I stopped by to see if it was a fuse blown. Bruce the manager provided excellent customer service by taking the time to look thru my manual, locate the fuses and helped me replace them. He explained how the fuses worked so I knew for future reference. Although the issue ended up actually being I cord I greatly appreciate the time he took to assist me.

  Fast accurate resonable priced service! Fantastic. Top notch guys who actually care about and your car. This is the last auto shop you will ever need. I cannot day enough about how great Bruce and Travis and the rest of the crew treated us.

  I’ve been taking my cars to Louetta Automotive on Barker Cypress for a few years now. They always provide top notch customer service along with quality service on my vehicles. I’ve found them to be very knowledgeable and honest. Also Bruce the General Manger is great. One time they over charged me on a service and they notified me, but I did not get over there right away for the refund. After a little bit I kind of just pushed it aside and forgot about it. Bruce saw me one day at a gas station and told me to come by and get my refund they owe me. That really impressed me that he went out of his way to approach me and tell me to get my refund. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Louetta Automotive on Barker Cypress.

  Always a joy! I love how personal the service is. Travis always remembers what services they did to your car such oil changes, an AC flush, etc. They treat you like family everytime you call or you see them. I will NEVER take my car to any other service station!
