  Jordan and Daniel are both great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Initially had a bit of trouble coordinating between the main office / technician / me, but it was cleared up and fixed in a timely manner anyway. As far as the technicians themselves, however, I have nothing but good things to say. I will also mention that my ac went out and i called late at night, and the lady who answered the phone was able to schedule me to have a technician out first thing the following morning. Great experience overall, I would surely recommend!

  Very pleased with the work that was done. Adrian was courteous to answer all of my questions and assure me the parts were replaced for the unit to work safely as intended. He managed his time well and had a great attitude. He takes pride in his work. Thanks Adrian for great customer service!!!

  Middle of Winter and we were freezing. Just bought a Hill Country home out in the Drip and something was just not right with the heating system. AAA Cooling & Heating sent over their service technician Miguel within 48 hours. Not only did he correct our heating issue within the first 30 minutes, he educated us on everything he was doing in order to utilize the system correctly and optimize the systems performance. Great technician and Great company for hiring such a knowledgeable and personable young man.

  The technician Jonathan was very professional and knowledge. He ensured I as a customer was happy with the job he completed. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends who have air conditioning problems

  Same day service! Exceptional knowledge and professionalism! Daniel took the time to explain things to me clearly on everything from thermostats to cooling to heating and maintenance! I will definitely call AAA Cooling first, if I have any other heating or cooling issues! Highly satisfied!
