  Let me start off by saying, Mike is awesome! He keeps you informed and is very easy going. He didn't seem to mind at all taking the time to explain the problem I was having with my 2009 Ford F250, and the different options I had as far as repairing my transmission! When I got my truck back from Sniders, it is running better than ever!!! You can't beat their quality of work or their customer care!!!! If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. Thank you Mike and crew for knocking this one out of the park! You guys are awesome!!!!

  Very Honest shop. I am beyond pleased with Amber and Mike. I have never been to an automotive facility and been greeted by people that were so polite, kind, and professional. My husband's starter went out, he had it towed by a company that brought it to LaCarPorte. After he picked up the truck the engine light was on and it was not performing well in 1st and 2nd gear and the engine came on. They had no interest in looking into it after they replaced the starter.
  
  We took it to Snider, where we discovered that the mass air flow sensor was unplugged. Causing drive ability issues and the engine light to come on. This is not something that just comes unplugged. I will leave it at that. We could have easily paid $2000+ for Transmission repairs. Amber called promptly the next morning and explained that the entire issue was just the mass air flow sensor and the only thing the truck could use was some coolant and a transmission flush. Thank you so much for your help and honesty. You made my day.
  I recommend dropping off in the evening or very early. They stay very busy. The parking lot was packed when we arrived.
