  The first time I went there Colleen discussed stretching with me. She had 20 minutes before a class she was teaching so she took the time and showed me some basic stretching. I felt great. I was so impressed that she made the time to help me. Great customer service!

  5 stars from me! I only did Zumba here once and had a blast.I highly recommend Jennifer and Martha! They are very talented Zumba Instructor and I guarantee you that you're going to have a blast if you go to their classes.

  Pam's Weights and Rowing class is absolutely amazing. The class is a very welcome challenge and the group is top notch!!! Pam is an excellent instructor. I love Pam's class!!!!

  My wife and I just switched from Gold's to Embody. What a breath of fresh air!! Weights that are actually in the racks, not scattered all over the place. Equipment that isn't broken or altered. Not hoards of people. Music at the right level and actual "music"! We should have done this a long time ago. It doesn't cost that much to go first class!! Rick
