Rob went above and beyond standard customer service when he recently repaired my car. He made phone calls and went to two other businesses to find the part was under warranty and saved me A Lot of money on my repair. He was great at communicating with me through the process and my repair was completed in no time. I would highly recommend Robs Tower Motors for your auto service. Thank you for all your efforts Rob.

I have dealt with Rob and his crew with my 1993 Jeep and they knew what the problem was before looking at it and had me back on the road in no time. And my Jeep is still running nice and smooth thanks Rob and gang you have my support

Had car towed to this location at night after breaking down and I was a little concerned after reading reviews on here(after we had already dropped it off). They had me back on the road in no time. The customer service was good and what I expected. This is not a dealership with folks dressed in suit and tie and bleed your wallet dry type of place. The work was done right and the price was very fair when compared to others. I will return in the future for serious services if needed.

I would suggest hanging out at McDonald's across the street if you got to wait a while... decent location and comfortable seating there if the mechanical shop waiting area isn't your thing.

Thanks for the the repairs on my 2010 Kia Soul... a reasonable turn around and fair prices to get the repairs needed to pass MD State Inspection.
