  Love the management here! They know us by name and have always been so friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish the walls were a tad more soundproof ;) However I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a homey place with speedy and professional maintenance and a great management staff!

  Great place! Very kind and friendly staff. The community is great and has everything we need. Love their Dog Park and their no weight limit policy! You cant go wrong with these guys, definitely re-signing with these guys.

  My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment in October, so far we are loving it! The staff is very welcoming and goes above and beyond. Keenan even helped us carry up our bed frame which was delivered a day before our actual move in. The staff will do whatever they can to accommodate you. The apartments are beautiful, I love openness of the living room/ kitchen. I recommend living here for sure.

  The management has been professional, courteous and prompt since the first day we entered their office. And, they've resolved our two tenancy issues same way to our satisfaction. Ditto for their maintenance department. So far, we've enjoyed living in the community.

  I recently moved out of Springs at Orchard Road and my experience there was great. I love all of the amenities and the size of the apartments. The community is very clean and the staff are always there to help. I would highly recommend living at a springs community.
