  We have been so impressed with Doug and his staff! His staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. When you buy insurance, you hope you never have to use it. If you do, it's nice having someone who helps you through the process and checks in to make sure you are okay. Doug and his staff have exceeded our expectations on a number of occasions and we are thankful to have him as our agent!
