  Wonderful SNF
  This company truly cares about their residents along with their staff. Wide range of care offered from AL, Rehab to home, long term and memory care. Excellent rehab team that focuses on getting resident strong and to appropriate level of care. Food is restaurant quality and multiple choices.

  Thank you thank you I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is thinking about assisted living for themselves! Food is fabulous REALLY. And the memory care program is first class the person first! Keep up the great work.

  I cannot say enough about this campus. The caring staff, the amazing leadership team, and the outstanding food is just above and beyond what you'll find elsewhere. The staff cares for the residents as if they were their own family. The atmosphere is just different at Prairie Lakes and I certainly encourage you to consider them for therapy, assisted living, memory care, or skilled care.

  A full continuum of care community that offers Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and a separate secure building offering memory care. The Memory Care offers Wonderful care to the residents. It is so nice to see everyone dressed, being active and the employees working with all of the residents. Its a hospitality kind of community offering wonderful memory care and assisted living care to residents. I would definitely refer this campus to a friend.

  Prairie Lakes is an amazing place! I love all the activities they offer and that they come up with ways to help residents live out their dreams! They just recently took a resident up at the campus in a hot air balloon. Can't say I've ever seen anyone else do that for a resident! I would recommend them for a loved one.
