Great customer service. They took time to explain all the details of a new iPhone XS Max and guided us in transferring pictures and info. Didn't loose a thing thanks to the iCloud storage. I drove all the way from Saint Cloud and I will continue doing so.

The sales associates at this store are super friendly and helpful! I felt very comfortable in this location, unlike some other stores I've visited. With smiles on their faces and a willingness to go out of their way for you as a customer, this is how T-Mobile associates SHOULD be!! Great service as well as selection! I'm happy.

Have been buying my cell phones at this location for the past 5 years. Just purchased my daughter's phone there also - so we have started a family legacy! Baker is the BEST! He is patient, knowledgeable and a really very warm, helpful person. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Steven is the nicest, most helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient employee imaginable. He took the extra time going step by step for my wife and I and in setting up our new phone .
